    All of the following conditions below must be met to request a refund:

    1. A completed refund request form must be received within 7 days of original purchase.

    2. Certificates must not have been issued.

    3. Live courses must not have been accessed or attended for any duration.

    4. F3 Self Paced On Demand course(s) must not have been accessed for any duration.

    You are not eligible for a refund if any of the above have occurred and a refund will not be processed. Convenience fees are non-refundable. All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of 10% regardless of reason.
