Cost Benefit Analysis or CBA is a relatively simple and widely used technique for deciding whether or not to make a change. As its name suggests, to use the technique simply add up the value of the benefits of a course of action, and subtract the costs associated with it.

In its simple form, cost-benefit analysis is carried out using only financial costs and financial benefits. For example, a simple cost/benefit analysis of switching to an internet based continuing education system or enhancing your in-house program with a distributed learning program measures the costs you are currently experiencing against the savings you would incur by switching.

This cost benefit analysis is an estimated savings your department would expect to achieve by switching to CE Solutions. Please keep in mind that this is an estimated cost benefit analysis based upon many factors and your individual's department savings may be greater or less.
